We deliver across Kenya and selected international destinations. Availability of shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Nairobi & Major Towns: 1–3 business days.
  • Other Regions in Kenya: 3–7 business days.
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specified value (details will be communicated on the website).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.


6. Risk of Loss

All products are carefully packaged before dispatch. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the specified address.
